    On Nov. 30, I ordered two veggie burgers, which I've had in the past in other cities and enjoyed immensely. These particular burgers, though, didn't come with mustard or onion. Also, the patties were unseasoned.

    When I think of an A&W burger, I think of the delightful aroma of mustard, onion and hot foil wrapper. I'm not upset that they've switched to plain paper wrappers but the lack of seasoning made these burgers wholly disappointing.

    Worse A&W in Winnipeg.  Staff just don't care.  Check out the picture of the onion rings I got.

    This location is consistently horrible.

    Ordered a kids pack and requested onion rings instead of the fries for my daughter.  They end up charging me an extra $2.50 for the meal.  Never mentioned the extra fee (KIERRA) AND some arrogant teen named   Sean said it's a@w policy.  Problem is we have ordered this many times all over and have never been charged.  They just put a smaller amount of rings in the small fry bag.  Place was dirty.  Never mentioned the extra charge and then some snotty kid tells me what he thinks he knows even though I know what every other decent franchise owner is doing.   Location is a fail.  Drive past.
